Morgan A. Henderson

    Morgan has a robust practice which includes a focus on Special Education law including discrimination and wrongful termination claims involving school districts. She has significant knowledge of Special Education laws including Title IX. Morgan also focuses her practice on the defense of insurance agents and brokers, real estate brokers & agents, engineers, surveyors and homeowner associations in errors & omissions claims. Further, Morgan also assists with privacy and data breach matters, helping clients to reduce cyber risk exposures and navigate incident response, containment, and compliance measures following a data breach. Morgan is committed to serving her clients' best interests and focused on securing favorable results.

    Morgan received her juris doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, during which time she served as the Executive Director of the Moot Court Honor Board and Vice-President of the Trial Team. Morgan also worked as a Judicial Extern in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.  

    Morgan earned her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, majoring in International Business. During her undergraduate studies, Morgan gained three years of experience working at a national insurance company. 

    Outside of the practice of law, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering at local organizations.
