Marshall Dennehey is pleased to announce that Erykah L. Jackson has joined the firm’s Jacksonville office as an associate in the Workers' Compensation Department. Jackson joins firm shareholders Heather Byrer Carbone, Linda Wagner Farrell and Kelly M.

Highly accomplished medical malpractice litigator, Alyson J. Kirleis, has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Pittsburgh office as a shareholder in the Health Care Department. Previously, she was a partner with Davies McFarland & Carroll. 

Mohamed N. Bakry, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Philadelphia office, has been named President of The Lawyers Club of Philadelphia. He has been a member of the club and served on its board since 2016. 

Appellate attorney Diane K. Toner has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Manhattan office as Special Counsel. Previously, she worked at a regional law firm where she primarily defended municipal entities and construction companies against New York Labor Law claims.  

Sunny M. Sparano, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Roseland, New Jersey, office, was elected to the firm’s Board of Directors at its annual shareholders meeting on December 7, 2023. The position became effective on January 1, 2024 and she will serve a three-year term.

Melanie J. Foreman Will Serve as an Officer and Jahlee J. Hatchett is Elected to the Board of Governors

Melanie J. Foreman, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey’s Philadelphia office, has been elected an Officer of the Philadelphia Bar Association, serving as Assistant Secretary for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2024. She has served on its Board of Governors for the past three years, with that term expiring also on January 1.
