Lionel J. Yu

Lionel is a member of the Casualty Department, where he handles cases involving New York State Labor Law, construction accidents, premises liability, products liability, auto liability, and general liability. His commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients is evident in his experience, legal knowledge, and nuanced understanding of these areas of the law. 

During law school, Lionel served as a Judicial Intern at the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County, where he gained valuable insight on motion practice. He also interned at the Legal Aid of North Carolina assisting with landlord-tenant cases.

Prior to joining the Marshall Dennehey, Lionel worked for national insurance carriers handling employment practices liability claims and professional liability claims. His experience with the insurance industry allows him to effectively counsel clients.

Lionel is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
