Fabrice K. Michel

Associate

    Fabrice is a member of the Casualty Department and primarily focuses his practice on the defense of insureds and self-insureds in professional liability, premises liability, product liability, toxic tort and construction litigation matters. Additionally, he regularly handles matters involving New York Labor Law and commercial litigation. 

    Fabrice has experience defending property owners, managers, general contractors and commercial entities in every stage of litigation. Fabrice works closely with his clients to help them identify cost-effective ways in which to protect their interests, manage risk and eliminate exposure. Furthermore, his experience allows him to counsel clients on the most effective course of action, including resolving cases through motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, or jury trial.

    Fabrice earned his juris doctor from Albany Law School in 2020. At Albany Law, he served as chapter president of the Black Law Students Association, Collegiate Competitions Chair of the Anthony V. Cardona '70 Moot Court Program and Moot Court Director of the national Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Metropolitan Black Bar Association, and he is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
