Ashley L. Davis

Ashley is an associate who manages a diverse range of cases, including personal injury protection (PIP) benefits, special investigations (SIU), fraud, commercial trucking litigation, New York Labor Law, admiralty and maritime litigation, and aviation litigation.

Within the Maritime practice group, Ashley focuses on maritime personal injury defense, marine construction cases, Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act matters, as well as maritime product liability cases. In the Aviation practice group, she represents airports and pilots in cases involving airplane and helicopter crashes.

As part of the Special Investigation practice group, Ashley handles cases involving staged accidents, exaggerated injury claims, and brings declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurance companies.

Ashley is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, actively handling litigation in both jurisdictions. Outside of her work at Marshall Dennehey, she stays active through hiking, running, working out, and traveling.
